Commerce infrastructure operations

We operate production commerce infrastructure for high-volume storefronts.

SiteHelp Pro runs WooCommerce storefronts, order-to-cash pipelines, and edge infrastructure as an ongoing service, using custom automation, monitoring, and documented runbooks. The engineers who build an integration are the ones who operate it afterward.

Client production systems under management. Operating since 2019.

  • 20+production storefronts under management
  • 750,000+customer accounts across the portfolio
  • 1,800+orders processed daily
  • $350,000+gross order volume processed daily
  • 850,000+shipments processed through the fulfillment pipeline
  • 45+DNS zones under active management

Figures were measured against production databases and vendor APIs in July 2026 and are stated as minimums. Volumes are transaction flow through client systems we operate, not our own revenue.

What we operate

Four service areas.

Each one runs in production today, at the volumes listed above.

Order-to-cash and fulfillment engineering

Orders move from checkout to carrier scan without manual steps.

850,000+ shipments processed

We build and operate the pipeline that moves an order from checkout to carrier, across billing, CRM, and multi-carrier shipping.

  • Subscription and continuity billing on direct-response CRM platforms
  • Multi-store, multi-carrier fulfillment (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
  • Order routing, status mapping, and 3PL coordination
  • Chargeback, decline-salvage, and revenue-recovery workflows

Storefront operations

Production storefront operations

20+ storefronts operated

Day-to-day operation of WooCommerce and WordPress storefronts across managed hosts and self-administered cloud servers, from releases to incidents. Incidents are worked to root cause rather than cleared with a restart.

  • Database-layer performance and HPOS migrations
  • Staging pipelines and safe release workflow
  • Revenue reconciliation from production data

Edge and delivery

Edge, DNS, and delivery infrastructure

45+ DNS zones managed

DNS, SSL, WAF, caching, and Workers across multiple Cloudflare accounts, plus AWS delivery where it fits. Registrar and host migrations are planned with TTL sequencing and a rollback path.

  • Cloudflare DNS, SSL, WAF, caching, and Workers
  • AWS S3 and CloudFront delivery and redirect topologies
  • Zero-downtime domain and host migrations

Automation

API automation and control planes

Portfolio-wide custom API tooling

Routine operations run as repeatable, documented commands against vendor APIs instead of as manual steps in a dashboard.

  • Multi-instance API control planes across commerce, billing, and fulfillment
  • Read-safe query patterns and confirmation-gated writes
  • Every integration validated against vendor API docs

Engagement model

How we work.

Three engagement modes.

Operate

Ongoing management of live commerce infrastructure: monitoring, incidents, releases, and daily order flow. This is most of what we do.

Build

Integrations, migrations, and automation projects with a defined end state. Scoped, delivered, then handed to Operate or to your team.

Rescue

Something is down, slow, or losing orders. We diagnose at the database and network layer before changing anything, then fix the cause. Emergency rescue ›

Coverage, stated plainly. Monitoring runs around the clock and pages on failure. Senior-engineer response happens within defined windows that overlap the United States business day. We do not staff a 24/7 human desk.

Onboarding

What the first 30 days looks like.

Steady-state engagements start with the same three steps.

01

Audit the stack

We map storefronts, integrations, DNS, and the order-to-cash path, and document what actually runs in production.

02

Stabilize the fires

We fix the incidents you already feel and remove the fragile manual steps that cause them.

03

Instrument and operate

We stand up monitoring and repeatable command tooling, then run it as ongoing operations.

How the practice is set up

What that means in practice.

  • Two senior engineers, no delivery layer. The people who design an integration are the people who operate it. There are no account managers or junior handoffs in between.
  • Automation carries the routine work.Recurring operations run as documented, repeatable commands, which is how a team this size covers a portfolio this size.
  • The numbers here are measured.Portfolio figures come from production databases and vendor APIs, and are published as minimums with the measurement date.
  • Familiar constraints. We work with PCI-scoped payment flows, carrier and shipping requirements, subscription and continuity-billing rules, and chargeback processes.
  • Client confidentiality by default. We do not name clients, so the numbers stand in for a logo wall.

Trust and security

How we operate securely.

The practice is led by a ServiceNow-certified engineer (CSA, CAD, CIS-PPM). Production changes follow the dev/test/prod change control that enterprise platform work requires, and the same access and audit habits carry over here.

  • TLS policy enforced at the edge
  • Cloudflare WAF, bot mitigation, and rate limiting
  • Least-privilege access to production
  • Read-safe queries and confirmation-gated writes
  • Automation validated against vendor API docs
  • Zero-downtime migration method
  • Governed dev/test/prod change control
  • Backups and a tested recovery path

Changes are documented and reversible. We work inside PCI-scoped payment flows and operate to least-privilege access and change control. We are not a certifying body and do not issue compliance attestations.

About

An independent commerce-infrastructure practice.

SiteHelp Pro has operated e-commerce systems since 2019. It is principal-led, with a two-person senior engineering team covering storefronts, billing, fulfillment, and edge. The same two people design the integrations and carry the pager for them.

We are based in Alphaville, Barueri, Brazil, and work hours that overlap the United States business day.
